Excellent overall experience. Exceptionally nice location, just a walk down to everywhere. - Brand-new and extremely spacious unit with necessary amenities. - Incredibly nice and friendly staff. - Good food, coffee, and tea.

Amicable and helpful staff who were always there to help. Good and convenient location, it was next to a metro station. The lunch in Crowne Plaza right next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The stay was excellent. Everything was perfect during 1 day, loved its easy and exceptionally nice location really close to the metro station. We were in a guest room with TV set, a microwave, and a refrigerator...

This place has just renovated rooms, situated in a trendy neighborhood with plenty of great dining options nearby. the breakfast spread offers a wide variety of delicious options. 🥐 the staff here are friendly and helpful all around.

I loved that our room had a bathtub. It was really cool to have a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge in there - super convenient! 🤗

The location was perfect, right by the main station and with a safe atmosphere. The virtual check-in process was super convenient, especially for millennials, and the room was equipped with all the modern amenities needed, including a hairdryer. The breakfast, though not gourmet, was a pleasant surprise with a variety of goodies to enjoy in the room. Plus, the Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV added to the overall comfort. a fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! I was in Milan for a few days and Gioiahomes was the perfect choice. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The view from the window was amazing, especially being on the 7th floor. The host was welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. a wonderful experience!

One major drawback was the noise level and thin walls. I could hear everything from the other rooms, including phone conversations and early morning coffee making.

The location was mind-blowing, right next to a train station. The facilities were super, with a comfy bed, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle. The communication with staff was jaw-dropping, even though it was all done remotely. And the best part, the Wi-Fi was fantastic! No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
